On March 11, 2022, the State Tobacco Monopoly Administration issued the "Measures for the Administration of Electronic Cigarettes", which will come into force on May 1, 2022. Among them, it is proposed to prohibit the sale of electronic cigarette products to minors. At the same time, the sale of flavored e-cigarettes other than tobacco flavors is prohibited. On April 8, 2022, the State Administration for Market Regulation (National Standardization Administration) approved the mandatory national standard for "electronic cigarettes", which will be implemented from October 1, 2022.
